I need to learn flash soon, so I need some decent advice. I want to learn FBF, and I need to learn how to make screen motion using Tween. I also could use advise on Cinematic Glows, Fog, Mist, Blood, Blur or any other tips are fine! Help me out guys!

Well im still in the rookie stage but i know very well how to do frame by frame, first off, set you fps from 12 to 24, that way its more fluent and quick, next when your making a new frame/drawing make sure to do that every 2 frames insted of one because since its 24 fps its doubled the time. as for blur and glow convert any drawing to a movieclip or something then in the properties click the filter tab their should be some different effects you can add to your symbol, like blur, drop shadow, glow etc. hope that helps, need anything else I can probably help you, but the rest you gotta do on your own, all you can realy do is practice.
