It supports all vst and vsti based programs, so basically yes. Oh! And the start bar, is actually an entire modded theme for Windows 7. You have to do lots of patching and editing of internal files. If you want to check it out, search for "Midnight Theme" on google, or go to a Windows 7 theme website. Be careful, because It is possible to break your format while doing this ^-^
